Fresh Relevance social proof also allows you to display reviews of individual products or your services as a whole.

The first step will be to integrate Fresh Relevance with your Reviews provider. Check out our Help Center for specific instructions for each provider.

To build your SmartBlock:

1. On the navigation go to Content | SmartBlocks
2. Click on the Reviews tab
3. Click Create SmartBlock
4. Select the template you would like to use – you can customize this further later to match your branding
5. From the Layout tab, alter the look and feel using color pickers, font and text fields. For more flexibility, click Edit at the top to enter the code and add your own styling
6. On the Properties tab give your content a name and add Campaign Tracking information if you want to track clicks on the content
7. On the Data Sources tab you can choose to show either Product or Service reviews and dictate the number of reviews you want to display
8. On the Options tab you can fine tune your SmartBlock such as limiting the length of your reviews and the order that they display in
9. On the Filtering tab, you can specify about what reviews to include or exclude. E.g. only showing reviews greater than 4 stars, for specific products or even containing certain words
